What are the payment options?
Payment accepted via most leading credit and debit cards and PayPal checkout. We can accept payment in cash at Markets and at in-person events. No Crypto or NFT requests though please.
Do you offer trade prices?
What is your return policy?
We offer full refund and return on faulty or damaged in transit items within 28 days of purchase. We can accept exchange or return for all items except bespoke or personalised items within 14 days of purchase.
Do you ship worldwide?
Of course! we supply retail outlets throughout the UK, with trade discounts available. Please contact us directly to discuss product ranges and discount terms. We also work with a small number of retailers on a commission basis, pop-up shops and shelf rental agreements. We also sell via Faire and Ankorstore with a smaller product range strictly for trade users with additional discounts and incentives.
Packaging and sourcing information?
We try to make and print as much of our products in our studio as possible. Where we aren't able to manage we use a small network of high quality suppliers across the UK to produce for us. We are phasing out plastics and non-recyclable products in all of our product range and use recycled packaging wherever possible. We manufacture in small batches and all products are traceable with safety and use information available and risk assessments carried out.
Sadly, not to all locations. Increasing postage costs, shipping, tariffs, and regulations such as GSPR on sales to Europe and Northern Ireland make this prohibitive for small businesses such as ours. We do partner with Faire and Ankorstore for Trade sales and licence images through platforms including Zazzle and FineArtAmerica, who manufacture products using our images within the country of purchase. We will continue to revise this policy as things change and keep this page updated.
Can I have a bespoke product?
Yes, we are happy to take any requests for bespoke items with your image or designed to fit your requirement. We've also designed and produced bespoke printed mugs, cards, bags, and more for some leading businesses including beverage companies, retail chains and more.
